Hi:

I'd like to ask anyone belongs to London visa office........if they wrote " in process" in your case.....( mine is in process but RBVO details inside), how much time do they need to show the rejection decision on the e-case if they find any problem???

I mean, my case has been moving to " in process" since a month.....is it a sign that I passed the dangerous region and it's a matter of time to study the B/ checks?HuhHuhHuh?

please help

Hi Louay

My case is similar to yours.  Most of the applicants have same ecas inprocess with RBVO details.  Inprocess means now they are calculating your points and verifing your docs.  If every thing goes well then you will get MR which is 2-4 months.  But now a days they are taking longer time so cant say excat time....So just wait.  You can also order CAIPS notes to see how many points you got and the progress of your case.

Hi Louay, in my case, my ECASE was changed into IN PROCESS on 8th Aug, 2010. And the letter for MEDICALS were dispatched dated 21st Aug, 2010.

So hopefully , within 1-2 month time frame , you should come to know the real status of your application.

All the best dear.

Cheers..
