The PN Candidate must receive the emerit Professional Certification for the occu

hello everybody i just disturbed about these two criteria for provincial nominee candidate-semi skilled worker under employer driven stream that the candidate must
1.
receive the emerit prof certification
and
2. The PN Candidate must demonstrate integration into the local community.
my employer is planning to hire us permanently (we're three of us working as a TFW) through AINP. my employer told us that before we move we need to see first if we are qualified for this program then it just came when i searched those 2 things above that bothered me much. can anyone knew about it? if you do may i ask if where and how can i get that certificate and what does the # 2 above criteria means and what necessary documents should i need to comply?
i have some more thing to clarify there were 3 of us candidate right? so do we need to wait for each other to comply the requirements just that the application will be together not as one by one or individually filing.
everyone's reply would be appreciated....thank you

I guess #2 would include:
- ability to speak the language or languages;
- be familiar with the culture, laws, regulations and customs;
- have some knowledge the history of local community;
- attitude towards the "integration".
