This is the first case (that we know of) who received his PR under H1B stream. He has not received his passport back yet, but it is on its way to him. I was excited to see this and decided to post here. Let's see who will be the next one...

i told him/her back in march that s/he were ahead of everyone. i tried in vain to get the ainp file number purely for academic purposes... didn't succeed.

I saw your message there kindly asking for the file number to get some idea on the timeline and he threw a random number one point, but that was not the AINP file number and he never gave the number away. I saw ingegarcia's comment too. At least it is good to know that somebody has been successful.
