Hi all,

I 've been living in Canada for 3 years as an international student.

I applied for permanent residence as skilled workers to Buffalo. The process was started on December 7,2006.

end of the August, 2007, I got accepted from another school and got a new study permit and mailed my acceptance letter and new study permit to Buffalo.

September 28,2007, I got a mail from Buffalo office says that all my documents were transferred to Seattle office and they don't have my file any longer. Seattle office'll decide about my application.

When I sent the documents I chose seattle as interview place.

my question is anybody heard anything like this, transfer all documents from buffalo to seattle? it means I'll get interviewed? or any other reason?

Thanks.

Yes, Buffalo transfer applications to all 4 US offices for processing, and also if an interview is required.  Buffalo does not do interviews.
