If the employer wants to go through the process she DOES NOT NEED an agency to do so,I am currently helping 2 such Nanny cases for free

BC guy! Many thanks.
If you don't mind can I get more information about pre approved LMO?
One of agency told me that they have pre approved LMO.Only I have to give them my details in it and they provide me LMO.
So please what is pre approved LMO?Was it true?
Many thanks in advance and regards
