The average time of waiting

Please, I would like to know the average time of waiting.
My process began on Jul/06 in Havana for Permanent Residence, applied by my wife from Montreal.She was granted Perm Resident on Nov/06.
I had the Interview on Jul/07, and did again the medical examination on sept/07
Please , any information about the experience in this matter is very much appreciated.
