The average time of waiting

Please, I would like to know the average time of waiting.
My process began on Jul/06 in Havana for Permanent Residence, applied by my wife from Montreal.She was granted Perm Resident on Nov/07.
I had the Interview on Jul/07, and did again the medical examination on sept/06

Please , any information about the experience in this matter is very much appreciated.

hola pablo yo soy cubana llevo muchos anos aqui pero tengo muchas amigas que se han casado en cuba y sus medias naranjas estan aqui,,eso depende de muchas cosas poe ejemplo si hay mucha diferencia de edad entre el hombre y la mujer usualmente se demora el proseso mas que lo normal,sino es posible que se demore posiblemente 6 meses he oido decir que cuba se esta acelerando por problemas politicos mas que nada todas las ultimas parejas que han llegado aqui se han demora de cuba 6 meses...hope this help...all the best
