Hi Folks
rules vary for country to country, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan and many others are the high risk countries (risk not on the basis of extreamizam) that is the reason scrotiniy for these countries are different, for many Arab countries e.g Iraq, Palestine, Seriya, Jorden and Iran rules are different due to political unrest in these countries. for your information sake, Iraqi Immigrants in Australia get special discount on grocessary and deparmtnetal stires on humanitarian basis.
so we have to bear this folks, do we have any other choice?

If you are not one of those people, why are you angry with the subject ?
I am talking about people who apply and do the landing in canada, then go back to their countries or wherever, and get the citizenship of canada without (meeting the legal requirments of the citizenship) by living in the country not more than three months, one month per year. The case which i mentioned was the last one that i have seen since the 1980s and not the only one.
If you are not one of those people, you are fine regardless which country you are applying from. the whole subject is about those people & government canada, not the genuine immigrants.
Dear proff... I did feel offended now, though i know it has no bearing while on www. On ur original post I was just raising an opinion & looking for a reply. I wasn't offended then. Actually, not now too, after having read all the posts on thsi thread. Here's a nice discussion going on, I have learnt a lot... Good going my friend !

i agree with u. Chandan is going to canada as he loves it and i m sure vbond is staying where he is and has withdrawsn his app to move to canada because he does not like Canada, if he had applied. also vbodn has mentioned in this thread itself "If you want to know how Britishers (only in thousands in population) ruled half the world, you must immigrate to Canada! " so my guess is he is not moving to canada. so why fighting?

I think (i could be wrong) vbond already lived in Canada and move out of Canada.
Vbond - if i am correct in what i wrote above, can you say your reason. I hope we don't make the same assumptions when we move.

I am not an expert at Canadian Immigration. Please don't expect me to answer if your post title has urgent in it and it is not really urgent. Urgent is 911 or you have a definite deadline tomorrow, not that you would like to send in the application soon

rueshhari, You are the first person who could really judge. Even sanjeevindia committed a mistake in judging after your post. He may not have gone through my all posts. Actually I was never to open the fact to anyone. But as you asked nicely I am telling you. In 2001 (when Canada Immigration was not famous) we (me, my wife & 2 kids) had stayed in Canada as PR for 6 months. At that time when others took 3 yrs., I got my Visa within 6 months without IELTS (I took TOEFL in 1991) and without interview. Then I revoked my PR status by spending a lot of time, money and energy to apply as fresh. Exactly after 9 years I am following the same path again (due to some specific reasons). Thanks for the interest shown.
