Thanks guys for your help with god grace I got my visa. My time lines are as under
Initial Application CIO : 30 Nov 2009
Aor1 : 1feb 2010
Full docs send: 21 march 2010
Aor 2 : 19 April 2010
In process : 21 May 2010
Interview request : 26 May 2010
Interview: 14 July 2010
Passport send : 20 August 2010
Visa : 29 Aug 2010
Landed : 12 Sept

Dear GOodguy,
Congrats to you on your success.
Can you please tell me your NOC, why you were called for an interview, before meds or after meds and what they said in the interview. Also, after how much time you heard from them after the interview. As i went for interview on 29th July and still my status has not changed. No communication from them yet in fact. Please share, it wil guide me a bit.

my timeline was almost the same, i applied july 2009, in process 21 may,2010
but sadly endup with refusall, anyway am still trying...

why you got refusal, please shed some light.
hi My NOC was 1111, i got refusal bcus my points was less than 67 , i was waiting my POSITIVE AEO from HRSDC to be qualified while my pr application on hold only bcus of that, my english was moderate 8 , VO waits for me 5 months but AEO approval takes more than what i thought so VO gives his decision , still waiting for AEO approval ( 7 months now ) ASAP i get my positive AEO ill apply again.. b4 medical, when my file was in process about 1 month and half , then after two months i got refusall letter from CHC/CIC. |
