its written in the work permit that ...NOT AUTHORIZED TO WORK FOR ANY EMPLOYER OTHER THAN STATED....your friend did not read and follow the rules.WHAT   she did was againts the law....for sure cic will not approve her PR....I heard some situation like that but the employers cooperates with them by not reportiing the income to cra......better pack her things..she can't do with that anymore...

Please if you want to comment be constructive! Dont be negative..the situation calls for a positive thinking and opinion. Its hard if you're on that situation. Tell me....does anybody here who did not work when their work permit is still on process? Shoot me if there is! C'mon....every problem can be worked out.

Actually I don't know her personally. It's a friend of my close friend. So she asked me about it and wants to get some ideas here but it seems that I made some troubles causing some fighting back words from other forumers which is not good at all )): Wish I could report to the moderator to delete this topic thread. Anyways, she got a Lawyer already. Thanks.

200bucks? is it for restoration fee? somebody mentioned it on another site....maybe she can do it as well. Write a letter explaining the mistakes and ask for a consideration before the interview and pay 200bucks....

I hope her lawyer can help...Let's keep our fingers crossed.

yes thats the lawyer said but thats with your application. i dunno now that cic found it out. how did cic found it anyways. (not that they cant track it down). she just makes it easy. and yes, it like restoration. but does she needs 2 go back or just redo d 2yrs
