I got my PR visa and COPR yesterday. It takes totally 14 months to have it done. Thank you all your help these days and I hope this forum can keep it up.

Temportary resident status :20 Sep 2011
Medical Done : Oct 7 2011
Passport and PPRF requested: 11 Nov 2011
Passport and PPRF sent : 17 Nov 2011
Passport and COPR received : 1 Dec 2011

Total time required for my case is 13 months, which is close to the time listed in cic website for CEC application
