Thank You email before getting AIP

Did anyone received a thank you email for using CIC Call Center e-service before receiving AIP ? And the email says that it will respond in the next 5 days. Strange is I have never talk to an agent on the phone. I only use the recorded voice.

My common -law application is on 11th month now. I just hope that they're doing a test run on my email address before they send something important to me through email..
