Hi, I just have a question.. I am currently working under semi skilled job/Category C for two yrs now here in Canada. I have a skilled worked experience for 3 yrs back home and its within 10 yrs..Am I eligible to apply under Federal Skilled Category 2?
Based on my research, I only need a letter from the company that states that once permanent residency is approved they will hire me permanently.
Need advice on this pls! Thank you.

I am afraid you cannot apply as FSW2 or the Canadian experience class.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/apply-who.asp

As per rules Skill type 0, Skill level A & B can apply.
Why don't you check for provincial nominee program.
Maybe you can qualify for it.
