Our medical examination has been done on dated 04 Nov 2009, ten months gone now.
As per CIC's online status shows (as attached) our case transferred Islamabad office to London office on 04 Aug 2010.

we are very worry for our immigration process ‘s completion and keen to fly to CANADA.

It seems allot of cases transfered to London England office. As per blogs i have read you should expect something in November (2010)
