Please help I'm already approved for the AINP application and I just want to get my husband from Philippines and I am not sure how do I get him.  I am not sure which checklist should I follow? Thanks in advance, pls help...

As you applied for your AINP nomination, I assume you listed your husband.  If you are already approved as an AINP nominee, you need to fill out the paperwork to apply for PR and your husband will also be included in that application and must fill out his own background history for it.  Here are the instructions: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-how.asp

Or if you mean you would like your husband to come join you now, if you are working in a skilled position, he can apply for an open work permit at the embassy in Manila based on your work permit or if you are not, he can apply for a TRV to visit you but in both cases he may be denied as a risk to overstay.

I just want my husband to come with us earlier while we're waiting for the PR, I called immigration if I can apply my husband as soon as I'm approve they said yes but Im just confused for the checklist how to apply for him for open work permit in the philippines...

You don't apply for an open work permit for your husband.  He will have to apply himself at the embassy.  Send him a copy of your work permit and he should also show your marriage certificate.  I don't know what else he needs but I am sure the embassy can tell him that.
