I've worked 3 days at my job and the employer locked everyone out, due to my work permit I can only work at this employer.. does anyone have experience with being locked-out as a temporary foreign worker?

You have the right to look for another job.  If you can get a new LMO, you can get a new work permit but that means you will have to work only for the new employer, you can not go back to the old one.

If you don't find another job, you can wait and see how long the lock-out lasts.  When it is over, you can go back to work.

If you have only worked for 3 days, you are not entitled to EI benefits unless you were working somewhere else before.  It is possible if there is a union that they would give you a little money if they have any but they might not do that unless the lock-out lasts for a long time.
