temporary work permit was refused

my application for work permit was refused...the reason was the consul was not satisfied that i will leave canada by the end of the period authorized for my stay....i dont know what this mean 1.limited employment prospects in your country of residence 2.your current employment situation..well in this case what supporting documents will i submit and do i need to include my current job in my application? pls...i need help
