Hi,
A friend of mine came to Canada on a student visa. Once the studies are completed, can my friend apply for temporary (full time) work permit in Canada?
Can anyone give some advise?

It depends, if he was studying a degree granting institution (college, university) he can apply for a 1/2 year (depends where the job is)post grad work permit, but it must relate to the field of study.
