Temporary work permit after Skilled worker app

Hello all,

Im a mexican, I was rejected a few days ago as FSK2.

I wanna know, if I wanna apply for a temporary work permit with my ex-boss helping me with the job offer and labour market opinion... will I have any troubles with the application due to my past application?

I am a cook, but I never studied that.... I learnt and I have worked as a cook for nearly 2 and a half years... or maybe even more.

I went to university and didnt finished (for personal reasons i only assiste until last semester)

Well, dunno if you guys need more info. I am really lloking forward to hear all your advice. And thank you all for taking the time to help me!!
