Temporary Resident visa to Canada from India

Hi All,
          I have filled Visa application for temporary resident visa to Canada as i was being called to attend a workshop to be held at Grimsby, Ontario, Canada. Accordingly i have submitted the supported documents like Invitation Letter from the Workshop Authority, NOC( As i am a Govt. Of India  Employee), My Booked Return Air Tickets with Itinerary, Leave Sanction. My Passport, My Identity Proof, My Service Proof, My Income Proof and Covering Letter. However my application has been rejection. The letter i have received from High Commission of Canada saying that You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada  at the end of your stay as a temporary resident. and also the purpose of Visit. Now my question is . Since the purpose of visit was clearly mentioned in the invitation letter and also mentioned in the NOC provided by my employer and also mentioned my return details in the Invitation Letter itself. In addition to this i was submitted my Return Air tickets then Why all these things have been ignored.

I definitely honor the decision but a question is still arising on my mind - why ?

Because you could not show strong Ties with your country...you could mention for example:

Parents
Own Family
Home or any property

You needed to mention the strong reasons for coming back to India

anyone got their TRV's from fort erie ? i applied on the 27th of april , and still no response ??
