temporary resident visa sponsoring

hello!
could somebody answer on that... im convicted on 4 months jail suspended for 3 years(by the bulgarian law im conditional discharged, but by the canadian im with suspended sentence) for public disorder and risisting the arrest. with that sentence i should apply for TRP.i dont have other choice.so... im married to a canadian citizen and she will sponsor me.my question is, are the papers the same as she will sponsor a person for permanent residence? do she need all the documents from the checklist as she will sponsor for temporary residence? after all when all my and her papers are done we should send them to mississisauga or vergeville? along with my application, right? and all the stuff showing that our relationship is genuine,pictures,mails and the rest? i would be very appreciated for your help!ive never been so confused about everything.
