hi everyone,
 i have friend who has a problem regarding his visa. he is a pakistani international undergraduate student. recently for the past 2 semesters he has not been taking any courses and his study permit expires in two months. he applied for his visa and it got rejected. my friend did not submit any previous recent transcripts nor any proof of how his fees are being paid.

i have a question. if he enrolls in courses now and sends his enrollment letter and financial statements will his visa be approved? does visa being rejected once have an impact on applying again?

he did not enroll in courses as he had not paid his fees and was having financial trouble.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Time for him to go home, he hasn't studied, has no money, they will not give him an extension.

what if he pays off his fees/ clear his debt and enrolls . and has only a few courses to graduate?

yes, its actually the time for him to go back home, but there are some steps he can try. if he still has a valid study permit right now then have to go back to school and continue atleast two semester in a row.then apply for the TRV again and that would be wise decesion,unless he wants to go back.good luck.
