Hi,
I was working in US till March 2011on H1B visa.  My H1B expired in March, 2011 - and I moved to India for 3 months.  I left my 2008 Hyundai Elantra in the US before leaving for India with a friend.  I have recently returned back to Canada on a Work Permit valid till June 2012.

My question is:
What do I need to do to temporarily import my car to Canada till June 2012?  I'll be returning back to USA after that.

Please note the following:
a) My US license has expired (VA state license).
b) I do not want to enter USA and drive the car myself across the border.  Can my friend (on US work visa/ US Citizen) bring it upto the Canada border and I get it from there? Or, can my friend drive it across the border for me?
c) My car is financed with Wells Fargo (I do not have the Title Paper on me)
d) For a temporary import of the car will I be RIV exempted?

I have gone through the riv.ca website, but have a doubt on point b) above.

Thanks for all your help!
