Hi,
My Ecuadorian bf is applying for a student visa to do a work-study exchange program here in Canada. It has been quite a process for him  to  put together  all of the documentation and I am worried about Immigration Canada's entry policy for Ecuadorians. Does anyone have any recent information or experience regarding the Canadian consulate in Ecuador and the approval rate?
