Does a TEMPORARY File number issued by manitoba labour consider as file number? or they will send another File number?

They send me letter with Temporay FILE NUMBER that starts with "T" then 6 digit number. Asking for additional docs. Sent docs to Manitoba Nov2008.

Its been 3 mos no reply yet..

just being confused.. Please give advise..

btw, I am under MPNP.

 a file number is siven to an applicant when additional docs are needed... in what stream are you? if under general stream, processing now takes 18 months..
