I am planing to move my self into Calgary when my FSW procedure has been finished. In my country I am engineer with experience in waste water treatment and I want to continue to work that kind of work. I am planing to work at first as an waste water treatment operator where I have two years of experience but I can't find which college/university give that kind of certification.
