Hi All,

Can you please suggest me what can i do in the following situation.

1. Attended for Medical on Nov 4.
2. Sent the RPRF, Passport and Proof of Funds on 26 Nov.

Upto  now I didn't get any updates from cic delhi. I enquired with my friends. They told, because of Christmas and Jan 1st they won't work. I will get within one week. Also, I have shown proof of funds as fixed bond. It is expried on 6 th January. Is it any problem.

Yes this delay is due to Chrismas and New year. If the proof of funds are expired most recently, you can  keep the most updated status statements/documents readily available. You can show when they ask for.

Surely they will ask again. Or is there any possiblity. Will we show the funds in that same previous bank account or can we show in other bank account.

second one is regarding Proof of funds..
Is it enough to send 2 month's bank statements and one letter from bank to show equivalent canadian funds?

For complete application submission, IELTS score original is mandatory. If the deadlline for submission is due and dont have documents on hand, submit proofs as thought by you from net; In addition, just send an undertaking that u are awaiting for Original Score;

Regarding funds, it is ok as you   proposed.

Guys i have another doubt..


I am still in dialamma whether iam elgible for PR or not..I already paid fee and got file number..recently appeared for ILETS also..

Education -   25 - (Masters degree)
IELTS -        10 - (L6,S6,R6,W7)(2,2,2,4 points for 4 sections)
Experience - 21( i have morethan 4 years)
Age-           10(32 years old)
Adaptability - 4 (Spouse did 16years education)
 
So total is 70..Pls correct me if iam wrong....Iam safe correct ?

I need help on self declaration form for job duties..anyway i cannot get this from my company..Is it enough to send self declaration form with applicant signature? or any chances to get rejection because of this?

once we get medical, can we assume that our dreams come true or any chances to get declined file at that stage?

It seems we will get medical and pp request at a time? Howlong CIC keep our passport with them? Pls help..
