Hi,the problem that i am having with extending my study permit only is every time i try to submit my online application,it shows
"The name you entered for your signature does not match the name you entered in your Online Application. To submit this Online Application, the names must match. Only the applicant can electronically sign this Online Application."
and it doesnt make sense to me at all,at first i taught i typed my name wrongly, but every time i went back to my application form and update my name and i make sure when i submit it,i sign with the same name,but it still show me the same error.!
can anyone help me?

Hey. I had exact same problem so I googled it and I ended up here. So for folks who haven't figured it out:
when you sign your application,
switch around Last Name and First Name.
For example: your name is John Doe
Put "Doe" as your FIRST NAME
and put "John" as your LAST NAME.
