My family member is also in same situation she is a teacher here.
What i found is that even a walking dog job needs some certification in Canada.
Teaching is among that jobs that do need certification.
I dont know what r those but if i came to knw i will definitely share with u.

dear all,
teaching is a regulated job in canada and to be a teacher you must posses license, different provinces have diff rules and regulation for licensing,   in case of ontario --- pls check www.oct.ca

this may help you,

you say your mom is a teacher here, you mean here in Canada?  if so, there's a website that she can apply to for a government job.
