teaching hours for college instructor

Dear friends
My wife will be applying as an principal applicant from Nepal. She will be completing her 1 year paid full time experience as college instructor in coming August. I have some questions. As i would like to apply on my own, i have done some research, however, there are some questions i want to be clear of.
I would like to know if there is any requirement for number of teaching hours taken in a week?.
Are all forms "Application for permanent residence in Canada', "Background declaration", Economic Classes-federal skilled worker and Additional family information should be sent initially to canada for assessing eligibility?
In additional family information, can i include my father, mother, brother, father- in law, mother in law as well?
Do i also have to provide police certificate of them besides mine and my wife?

it should be full time work of 1 year as a college instructor. As for how many hours she had contact with her students, that doesn't matter. Full time work is generally taken as 37.5 hours per week but of course, an instructor doesn't stand in front of the class for 37.5 hours.
Initially, all forms sent to Canada.
Family is taken as spouse and children. There is a form that they ask for your parent's name but that is not for going with you to Canada.
Police certificate for everyone going to canada over the age of 18, i.e. you, your wife and kids over 18 years of age.

I am not an expert at Canadian Immigration. The CIC website is a great (if not the greatest) resource for Canadian Immigration. Also see
