Tax Returns for Temporary Foreign Workers

I am a Canadian Citizen (born in Canada to Canadian parents) and am currently in a common-law relationship with an EU Nationalwho is on a temporary foreign worker permit. His company (sponsor) is currently in the process of applying for his second work permit and I am in the process of filling out the paperwork for a PRA as a common-law spouse. My question is: does anyone have any info on filing taxes here in Canada on the income my partner has earned here in Canada? Can anyone suggest a good accountant well versed in international tax laws? I live in Alberta. Thanks!
