My question is very simple ,i just send my aplication to sponsor my husband but the only paper i was missing is the tax record froom last year,i havent be able to do my taxes froom 2006
?do you think that they will denied my aplication???

Probably not, I assume you had other evidence of your income.  I suggest you get your taxes done.
