on the document checklist for applications for permanent residence within canada, it asks for my wifes t4 of the most recent year, should she use her 2009 tax returns or 2010, she hasnt done her 2010 taxes yet do we have to use 2010's?

Your wife can send them the 2009 tax return.... will be fine, because 2010 tax return wouldn't be done by April/May 2011 rite Smiley.
