Dear all;

I immigrated to Canada under skilled wrker category 2 months before, I m going to leave Canada for coming 2 years to live and work outside Canada, then I will back to live continuasly in Canada, my inquiry is:  Normally, Canadian Individual tax returns for any specific year must be filed by April 30 so shall I have to fill for these 2 years when I am lving outside Canada.
can anybody advise me.

Generally if you do not have any significant residential ties to Canada, you do not have to report your income from non-Canadian sources.  For more information, you can try calling the International Tax Office using the numbers listed in this webpage:
