Hi everyone!

I sent an invitation letter to my mother-in-law to come and visit us here in Canada. I heard that I need to send her (for her to show to the Immigration officer) my T4. My question is, does it matter if I send her my T4 from 2006 or should I send her my 2007? I earned more money in 2006 that's why...

Do I need to send her an original copy or a photocopy would be fine?

Thanks!

You could send both copies for 2006 and 2007.  But the most important t4 is current one.  If you could obtain another original from somewhere then you could send an original copy otherwise i would send a copy so long as it could be verrified.
