Hi

We just filed our application in Mississauga and I haven't seen many posts on here about the Sydney office. Just wondering if anyone has any info/tips/ experience  Cheesy

I am a C. Citizen sponsoring my NZ husband - it was so straight forward I'm worried we missed information after reading some of the posts on here.

Love to hear from anyone else going through Sydney

Hi, there is a Sydney thread on here.  I think they are moving through them reasonably quickly.  I got a letter after 2 weeks of them starting to process my file..but I missed some information and they requested it.  I thought I'd covered everything and was mortified to get the letter!  Hopefully they will continue working on my file fairly quickly now.

Hey there

I just saw some of your posts and we are in a very similar situation.

I am a Canadian sponsoring my NZ fiance.  We are currently living in South Korea but I will be moving back to Canada in August.  My fiance is going to go to NZ to visit family and wait for the visa to be processed.  Not sure how long this next step will take.  Our application arrived in Sydney on 29 June, 2011.  I guess now we have to wait for the medical to be delivered?
