Sydney NS - Response Time?

Hi Guys,
I recently applied through Sydney, (early June) and have just noticed that they have taken my money over a month ago (credit card).
I'm assuming that my application is all systems go - as they have taken my $!
My question is - how long does it take Sydney to mail back the initial letter to tell you that you should proceed??

Seem like a month is a long wait for this letter.

Please help calm my nerves,

If you sent your application before June 26, 2010. you have to wait for at least 1 more month before you get anything from CIC. Currently they are working on application received after June 26, 2010. I know it sounds like a BS. But that is true, it took 2-3 months in your case for them to charge your CC. But for people who applied after June 26, 2010, their cards got charged in 1 months, and in few cases in 2-7 days.

But don't worry. You will get 1st AOR in 1 month.
