I will be sending my application pacage to NS this week

But ive not got surname on my passport,because i donot use surname and donot have it on any of my documents

So what should i write in surname N/A

If i donot give them surname then how will i check my Status

Yes, SURNAME is must, you should show in application.

example - your full name -  BABU JOSEPH

Given name is Babu and surname would be Joseph

After sending the application you may approch passport office and split the name as Babu as given name and Joseph as surname.

I have done mine in this way.

The surname column in my passport is empty,

I am going to apply for FSW probabaly this week

like my name is-Navdeep Singh

I will be useing Singh as my surname,The prosess for amendment in passport takes about 1-2 months

Can i write CIO that i am in process of amendation in passport and will provide them fresh copy of passport after the completeion of eligibility review

I cant wait for 2 month just for small amendment in passport i just want it go side by side
