As I browse through the website, I just found out that in Manitoba you can sponsor your cousin. I hav a cousin here at the present working temporarily and sad to say that I live in Alberta and sponsoring a cousin is not possible. Anyone who can share to me whom to ask if they would be able to accompany a new request/concern? Thanks

Nope if you don't reside in Manitoba for 1 year, then you can't use their family PNP stream.
