Supporting Documents to be attached for CSQ from India

Dear Members,

I joined this group today and looking out for applying for CSQ from India. Could you please let me know, if I can show my 10th Marks card which has my date of birth as the proof for date of birth instead of Birth Certificate or i need to get birth certificate only? Also how can i know if my graduation/postgraduation is covered under ARM (Basically i need help in answering question 8.1 in the CSQ application form).
