I think this software program might be helpful to you, you can know the where about of your application.

read this page and you can understand it.

three simple questions;

1. under which category you applied?
2. what was your NOC code?
3. is your NOC on the list of 38 eligible occupations for skilled workers?

regards...

if you applied on or after February 27, 2008, then see this link and you will come to know that none of your NOC codes is in the list of 38 eligible occupations for skilled workers. what will happen to your file? you know the answer yourself.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list

however, if you applied before February 27, 2008, your application will be processed according to the rules that were in effect at that time.

i wish you best.
