Supporting Documents Needed

Hello, there

I got an email from Detroit Canadian Consulate. They need my wedding photos and outings photos in my original country and mails that my wife and I sent to each other. Provide any other available proof. By the way, I married my wife three months before I applied CEC.

I have some questions on that request. I hope someone on this website can help me.

1. I think I am very lucky because I still keep those proof. However, they need copies. Those copies could be fake. I am not sure what their point is.

2. I have no idea how the immigration officer process each case. So far on this step, does it mean they have already finished all other steps in my immigration application and this is the last one which is also the only thing they concerned about. For example, my academic certificate, working history, NOC are all OK?

3. How long normally that will take? I am pretty sure that I do not need to re-lineup again. I pasted my AOR bar code on the outside of my envelop. As long as they got that envelop, are they gonna work on that right away?
