When we are asked to provide supporting credentials/certificates for all secondary/post secondary courses completed, do they mean 'O' & 'A' levels. I have all my degree certificates but do not have 'O' and 'A' level certificates. I have also been told that I should not expect to hear again after just getting my AOR for 42-48 months. Why is it so long? I was told that it took approx 2 years for processing. Cheers.

Elementary is grades 1-6
Secondary is grades 7-12

I think O levels are equivalent of grade 10-11, and A levels are equivalent of grade 12-13.

So the answer to your question is yes, they probably want certificates/credentials for O and A levels, plus anything you've done after those.

Processing times vary depending on the visa office.  The CIC website is usually what you should go by.  It will tell you what average processing times are for your visa office by visa type.
