Supporting Document #15

Hi there!


I was able to meet the minimum financial requirement and will be submitting an Option C Print-out but on a later date, so it is not attached to my initial submission of application.  

I am in a hurry to submit my application while I still have a job and I am still waiting for my other T4 slip to arrive before I can pay my tax for 2008.   I don't intend to submit Option C Print-out of 2007 since I got to work only for two months.
 
Question:

1. Do I still need to fill up Supporting Document #15 which state whether I am producing Option C Print-out or not, I need to fill up this item.  Will it be ok not to fill up this item instead enclose a letter explaining the Option C Print-out will be forwarded once I finished paying my tax?

2. Do I need to mention investments from other country? I don't have to show proof of other income since I already met the min. financial reqt., am I right?
