supplementary information form not sent

.My husband applied for my spousal visa from QC in aug 2010. He recieved a letter asking for supplementary form from the canadian high comission isb in nov 2010. He misunderstood what it said and didnot fill and return the form. untill a week ago when he sent it to me and i read it and was horrified. i have filled it out and sent it. We didnot get any other letter from the Canadian High comission during this time. Its been a year im still here. It still says application in process on the website. Has not returning the supplementary from delayed my application? how do i find out?

Nope ISB has one of the biggest processing times, your file is just in que.  Good luck.
