Supplementary Forms HELP

I have recently received Re-PCC and IMM FORMS in the mail. I am unsure on some of the questions, I will list the questions, your guidance will be greatly appreciated.

How many family members (including yourself) are included in this application for permanent residence in canada? * In the initial application we had written "1" however since then I have given birth. It should be noted that my daughter is a Canadian Citizen through naturalization and currently in process for her proof of citizenship. Do I still need to put my daughter down in this application?
Furthermore there is a section which asks for family members details, whether they will accompany you to Canada or not? * Do you I need to list my daughter here and if so, what do I need put down for the following questions
Country of Citizenship? * She was born in Pakistan which would make her a resident correct?
Other Countries With Resident Status? * She is Canadian Citizen Through Naturalization
It would be greatly appreciated if you could you please kindly shed some light to these questions. Thanks in advance.
