Ok guys

So after months of preparation and many questions posted on this forum I am finally able to celebrate a major step forward with my PRV application.

This is my time line so far as it stands

1) CPC Mississauga received our package on March 1, 2011.
2) They started processing my wife's eligibility to sponsor on March 25, 2011.
3) Decision made as well as letter sent on April 15, 2011(I received my letter in South Africa this week).
4) Home visa office received my application for permanent residence on April 27, 2011.

I'm not overly concerned with the application at this point because I know our proof of relationship is rock solid and irrefutable. So I'm pretty confident it'll be wrapped up soon enough.
My main stress was through the application preparation and all the ambiguities in the forms and stuff like that. Then I though they lost my package when I sent it to Canada.

I would like to thank the following member's who's input and answers to my questions were most helpful in putting together a watertight application-;

...and that was in no particular order by the way. You guys are all awesome and good luck to anyone else out there trying to be reconnected with loved ones!!

LOL, Makool.  I've been trying to educate myself, and I pay attention when people like Canadianwoman, rjessome, PMM and Leon comment.

It also helps that I'm unemployed right now, and contemplating a career change, so I have more time on my hands to read this forum and CanLII and Reflex databases.
