Has anyone submitted RPRF when they went in for in-person PPR stamping?

I completed the MR and Ottawa received the results in mid-December. I have not submitted my RPRF yet, and I was not asked for the RPRF along with my MR. I was informed that one could submit it at the in-person PPR stamping appointment.

If anyone has done this, can you please share your experiences.

Are you in Canada?

Can you pls. explain me the procedure to go in-person for visa stamping ? Is that possible in USA (I mean VO's in USA)?
