Submitting initial application to CIO canada

Here is my understanding to submit initial application (of simplified application process for federal skilled worker) from Pakistan to CIO canada.
any updation is welcome!

Here I am describing the way to proceed with, please correct me if i am wrong:

1- enclose following documents:
-   Application for Permanent Residence in Canada (IMM 0008SW) (principal applicant only)
-   Bank draft payable to “The Receiver General for Canada”. Principal applicant  name and address on the back
-   Fee payment form IMM5620E (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5620E.pdf)
-   Attested ( from any  gazetted Govt. officer) Photocopy of passport pages showing picture and data (principal applicant only)
-   Attested ( from any  gazetted Govt. officer) Photocopy of national ID card (principal applicant only)

2- And Fedex it to following address

Federal Skilled Worker
Centralized Intake Office
196 George Street
Sydney, NS  B1P 1J3
Canada

I have gone through IMM 5612E.pdf. This check list mentions, alongwith other items, that following forms should be filled in and sent to CIO:

- IMM0008 Generic
- IMM0008 -Schedule 1
- IMM0008 -Schedule 3
- IMM 5406-additional Family Information

It seems that instructions related to different forms (mentioned above) are for Regular process NOT for Simplified process. My understanding is that when initial application is submitted to CIO under simplified process, only one form i.e.IMM 0008SW is filled and dispatched.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Check that document and you will see:
"A photocopy of your passport's bio-data page, (principal applicant only)"
So, there is no copy of national ID.

Let's look at it again:
1. Application For Permanent Residence in Canada (IMM 0008  - Generic)  - completed Original
2. Schedule 1: Background Declaration (IMM 0008  - Schedule 1)  - completed, dated and signed. Original
3. Schedule 3: Economic Classes  - Federal Skilled Worker (IMM 0008- schedule 3)  - completed. Original
4. Additional Family Information (IMM 5406)  - completed, dated and signed. Original
5. Use of a representative (IMM 5476) Original
6. Fee payment form - Application for permanent residence - Federal skilled worker class (IMM 5620) Original
7. A photocopy of your passport's bio-data page, (principal applicant only) Copy
8. 2 self-addressed mailing labels one in English or French and the second in the official language of your country Original
9, 10 - not applicable for those in Category 1
11. Fee payment -
In Canadian funds only, you may pay:   
· by certified cheque, bank draft or money order made payable to the “Receiver General for Canada” or
· with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
12. This document checklist (use it as the cover page) IMM 5612 Copy
