Hi all. I received my AOR from NS a few days ago and planning to submit full application to Buffalo. I got a few questions regarding sending full applications:
1. We do not need to pay this time, right?

2. I submitted my initial application on Oct. 2009, so when I filled out my background information, I wrote "from Jan. 2009 to Oct. 2009 I was living in xxx place." Now, I am still living in the same place, should I change it to "from Jan. 2009 to Jan. 2010 I was living in xxx place?" There are a couple fields in the form are like this, regarding the address, job position, etc. Nothing has changed for me since the initial application.

3. In the document checklist to Buffalo, on page 10, there is a form called "Clarification of Regulation 117(9)(d) - Exclusion from Membership in the Family Class." Do I need to fill out and submit this form? I do not have any family members anyway.

Thank you.

1- If your visa office is Buffalo, you do not need to pay the right of permanent residence now, you will be asked later to do so. (but if you pay it now, they would not mind it)

2- For the application dates, update any dates in any form in your application to represent the current status of your information. (even if you have to fill some of them again). (avoid writing up until  date or any stuff like that. In such a situation, write the aplication date).

3- Clarification of Regulation 117(9)(d) - Exclusion from Membership in the Family Class:

Do not fill out that form, it belongs to applicants who have family members and do not want to sponsor them.

I am also in same situation. I will be submitting the full application to buffalo under FSW.  My address has changed since I send my document CIO.

So, to my understanding I will letter cover letter mentioning the change of address and rewrite all the form with new address. update background history and resign and date all the forms .  Is that correct process?

Could someone please share their experience?  Thank you. Smiley
